Hicem Glass block
is specific product for filling in the wide gap especially between glass block which normally over than 5 mm. These products improve bonding, workability, flexibility, abrasive resistance, fungi resistance and provide most ability of water resistant of Hicem-CGCT. They are standardize and quality control at factory to provide excellent performance with 8 colors to blend with whatever glass block are used. These superior glass block grouts are suitable for the most sophisticated architectural designs.

How to apply
1. Glass block installation has to be completely set and its working surface should be clean, free of contaminants and least moisture content. To grout these joint are considering to follow wide-gap procedure. Drying out may take longer from dense backgrounds and grouting should, if necessary, be delayed for 3 days.
2. Mix Hicem glass block-CGCT into clean ,fresh water with three (3) parts
Hicem glass block to one (1) part water stir briskly about 3 mins or until well blended. Let stand for 3-5 mins. Do not add more water.
Remarks: where mortar is used for wide joint filling,it should be stiff, slump-free. The wider the joints, the greater should be stiffness of the mix.(minimum of water necessary to achieve workability)
3. Apply Hicem Glass block with a rubber float or similar tool, the grout should be applied over the surface of the finished work to as large an area as can be worked before hardening commence.
Surplus mortars should be cleaned off the face of the work with a rubber squeegee which also helps to ensure that all joints are filled. When the jointing grout is sufficiently stiff, the work should be carefully washed down and, when dry, polished with a clean, dry cloth.
