Hicemflex Latex Emulsion is using as additive in mortar and concrete to provide superior bonding strength for tile repairs.It is particularly adaptable for redecoration (new tile application) over old concrete or old tile work.

How to apply
1. working surface should be clean and dry.
2. Mix Hicemflex latex emulsion with clean, fresh water, one part Hicemflex latex emusion to two parts of water.
3. Brush mixture onto working surface and allow to dry until white latex appears clear. (approximately 5 minutes)
4. Creating the mortar is a simple three step process:
(a) Combine cement and dry sand together: one(1) part cement to three (3) parts sand. Set aside.
(b) Mix one (1) part Hicemflex latex emulsion and six (6) parts water.
(c) Combine the cement-sand mixture with the adhesive emulsion mixture in a ratio of three (3) parts cement to one (1) part emulsion.
5. Using a trowel, apply the mixture evenly over the working surface to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.
6. Press the tile firmly into the cement mortar insuring the tile is fully attached with exceptionally large tiles. It is recommended that the cement mortar be equally applied to the back of the tile to insure supplement bonding.

Using quantity
20 square meters/ 1 kg (approximately) for brushing on wall or floor surface.
25 square meters/ 1 kg (approximately) for filling and plastering.
