Product description:
Hicem Water repellant is solvent-free siloxane/ alkyllaloxysilane emulsion in water. It is suitable as a water-thinable pregnating into absorbant building materials and suitable for variety or substrate such as dense concrete and other large-pored surface especially lime and stone or silica-compose etc.

Hicem water repellant properties:-
- Suppresses the growth of micro-organism.
- Supprsses the effloresence.
- Unchangeed the surface's appearance.
-Long lasting reduction of capillary water absorption after one treatment.
- Oil repellant and anti-staning.
- Excellent performing and cost effective.

Surface preparation:
Surface or substrate must be clean, dry, no dust or stain.

How to apply
- Spray HICEM water repellant or roll on the surface with rolling brush (no additional of water)
- Leave it to dry for 1-2 hours.
- Retreat as require (recommend to repeat especially high-porous surface)

Quantity 1 litre and 4.5 litres
Using quantity 5 square meters appoximately (depend on surface).
Storage Storage in dry room increase shelf life.
